2025 2nd Term King Sejong Korean Language Class [Class 1, 2, 3 & 4]
The 2025 2nd Term Korean Language Class 1, 2, 3 & 4 (1A, 1B, 2A and 2B) at the Korean Cultural Centre Nigeria (KCCN) will teach prospective students how to write and pronounce words in Korean language.
Registration period: 14th – 17th April 2025
Class period: 22nd April, 2025 – 8th August, 2025
Class Registration Fee: N5, 000
Text Book fee: N10, 000
Sejong 1 Class (1A)
○ For whom is this intended?
Ø Freshers who are interested in studying Korean Language.
○ Objectives:
Ø To improve learner's language proficiency and communication skills with using advanced grammar and expression e.g. using public transportation, ordering food, phone etiquette, talking about hobby, family, and travel, etc.
Ø To widen the understanding of Korean culture through the language.
○ Course Contents:
Ø The course consists of dialogue, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, integrated practice, assessment, and assignment sections.
Ø Various practices and assignments are included to improve speaking ability.
Sejong 2 Class (1B)
○ For whom is this intended?
Ø People who have completed Sejong 1 class or have sufficient knowledge of common Korean expressions and basic conversations.
○ Objectives:
Ø To improve learner's language proficiency and communication skills with using advanced grammar and expression e.g. using public transportation, ordering food, phone etiquette, talking about hobby, family, and travel, etc.
Ø To widen the understanding of Korean culture through the language.
○ Course Contents:
Ø The course consists of dialogue, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, integrated practice, assessment, and assignment sections.
Ø Various practices and assignments are included to improve speaking ability.
Sejong 3 Class (2A)
○ For whom is this intended?
Ø People who have completed Sejong 2 Class.
○ Objectives:

Sejong 4 Class (2B)
○ For whom is this intended?
Ø People who have completed Sejong 3 Class.

Applications are now open and on a first come first served basis
All prospective students for the Korean Language Class should note:
- Please register only if you will be available to attend all classes from start to end date. Students who do not complete the classes without prior notice may not be allowed to register for future classes.
- Attendance is compulsory and certificate will not be awarded to students who have below 70% attendance.
While class 1A and 1B is limited to 20 people each, class 2A and 2B is limited to 10 people each and led by a King Sejong Institute certified & native Korean-speaking instructor.
To register, please find and download the form below, fill/attach a passport, come along with the filled form and registration fees in cash to the Centre for submission. [No transfers will be allowed, all payment must be made in cash]

Please note that our work hours are as follows;
Mon – Thurs 8 am – 4:30 pm (Break time: 12 pm – 1 pm; we do not allow visitors during break time)
