On 5th February, the Korea–Nigeria Song Camp & Music Collaboration Program culminated in a vibrant Live Stage showcase at the Korean Cultural Centre Nigeria. Audiences experienced electrifying performances by Korean artists Seo Yena and Haneung Lee alongside the premiere of the original Afrobeats–K-Music fusion track created in collaboration with FirstKlaz. On 2nd February, the Korean Cultural Centre Nigeria hosted an engaging Music Production Workshop as part of the Korea–Nigeria Song Camp & Music Collaboration Program. The session focused on music production insights, arrangement techniques, vocal direction, and artistic development, led by Korean industry professionals; Haneung Lee (Music Composer/Producer) and Seo Yena (Vocalist). Bima and Atela participated in a one-day masterclass and listening session among other Nigerian artists in Abuja, while FirstKlaz began an intensive collaborative production process. KCCN attended the Inter-House Sports event of Model Girls Junior Secondary School, Aco Lugbe, Abuja, on January 21, 2026, in support of youth development, sports promotion, and community engagement. Students representing the six Area Councils of the FCT showcased discipline, teamwork, and competitive spirit across events including Taekwondo, track races, and novelty games. Our Bojagi Workshop at the KCCN Exhibition Space held on 20th January invited participants to explore the beauty of Korea’s traditional wrapping art—where food and gifts are wrapped with love, respect, and care. From learning the history and cultural significance of Bojagi to experiencing hands-on wrapping techniques, the afternoon was a meaningful journey into Korean aesthetics, sustainability, and mindful giving. Korea proudly took part in the 7th Asian Film Festival, held from December 9th to 11th at the China Cultural Centre in Abuja. The event brought together diverse cultures and cinematic talents from across Asia, (China, Iran, Japan, Korea & Turkey) offering audiences a rich experience of storytelling, artistry, and cultural exchange.
