Fostering Cultural Exchanges Via Korean Cuisines
The Korean Cultural Centre organized a four-day cooking workshop for 49 chefs, aiming to educate them about popular Korean cuisines prepared during the winter season.
In the initial classes, 35 chefs received specific ingredients and booklets to experiment individually in their homes or restaurants. Additionally, 14 chefs participated in a two-day practical cooking class, where they were instructed on making Hotteok(Sweet Korean pancake) and Eolkuen Kalguksu(Spicy Noodle Soup).
The participating chefs expressed their enjoyment of the event, highlighting its value in providing an opportunity to learn about Korean cuisine. They commended the Korean Cultural Centre for hosting such an educational event.
