Day 1: International Day of the African Child Celebration at KCCN.

The Korean Cultural Centre Nigeria held a special event to mark the International day of the African Child on 13th & 14th June 2024.

Students from public schools and schools for the visually impaired, hearing impaired, and autism spectrum disorder were invited on the first day 13th June.

Visually impaired children touched traditional Korean hanbok and masks and listened to K-pop songs, while hearing-impaired children and children with autism spectrum disorder experienced a variety of Korean culture, such as coloring traditional masks and drawing.

In particular, it was meaningful in that it provided opportunities to experience Korean culture in a variety of ways suitable to them.
