Register to attend a K-music & Afrobeats Live stage at KCCN!
Live Stage: K-Music Production x Afrobeats is the culminating showcase of the Korea–Nigeria Song Camp & Music Collaboration Program, a cross-cultural music initiative designed to foster creative exchange between Korean music professionals and Nigerian artists.
As part of the program, one Nigerian artist was selected to participate in an intensive collaborative song production process with Korean artists, resulting in an original Afrobeats–K-Music fusion track. In addition, two other Nigerian artists were selected (Bima & Atela) to take part in a one-day masterclass and listening session on 2 February, focused on music production insights, artistic development, and cross-cultural industry exchange led by Korean facilitators.
The Live Stage, scheduled for 5 February, serves as the public presentation of the program’s creative output. The event will feature live performances by the Korean artists (Seo Yena & Haneung Lee), alongside the premiere performance of the collaborative song created with the selected Nigerian artist (FirstKlaz). This showcase highlights the artistic outcomes of the exchange, celebrating collaboration, innovation, and the blending of Afrobeats and Korean popular music on a shared stage.
