Title: La Bayadère (Universal Ballet) 103 mins

La Bayadère is a four-act ballet by Marius Petipa and Ludwig Minkus, first staged in 1877. It tells the tragic love story of the temple dancer Nikiya and the warrior Solor, torn apart by betrayal and death. Famous for its drama and grand scale, it was introduced to Korea by Universal Ballet in 1999 and earned global acclaim with U.S. performances in 2001.
