This year’s event features a delightful tasting of traditional Chuseok jeons (Korean pancakes) Sanjeok and Yukjeon. These savory pancakes are a flavorful fusion of vegetables, beef, and mushrooms, carefully coated in flour and egg batter before being pan-fried to perfection. Each bite brings the authentic taste of Korean home cooking; simple, comforting, and absolutely delicious!
