South Korea will be live at the 2023 edition of Banana Island Multicultural Carnival (Lagos) holding on 30th September 2023. 

The Banana Island Multicultural Carnival brings together many cultures to promote patriotism, cultural diversity and harmony.

The South Korean booth will be showcasing Korean cultural artifacts such as Hanbok; there will be Korean food tasting and K-craft!  Most importantly, there will be two (2) B-boy performances by I.O.F Crew from Korea .

Date: Saturday, 30th September 2023

Korean Food Tasting: 12noon - 1:00pm (The Korean Food Tasting is restricted to only the first 100 participants who successfully register)

Performance by I.O.F Crew from Korea: 6:00pm (can be attended by anyone with or without registration)

Venue: The venue and entrance code will be sent to successfully registered participants.

About the Performance Crew

I.O.F Crew is a B-boy  art performing group that expresses original performances and dynamic movements.  The team was founded in 2005 with the slogan "This is our feeling."

(B-boy dance style is an expressive stylized footwork and athletic moves such as back spins or head spins)

1. "Heung(흥)" : It is a fusion performance that reinterprets Korean traditions in a sophisticated and hip way through the fusion of Korean Bongsan Mask Dance and street dance.

2. Stylish B-boy : Freestyle performances that show breakdance's most spectacular and technical performance and individual originality
