2018 TAEKWONDO CLASS Term 2
The 2018 Taekwondo Class Term 2 will commence on the September 3, 2018. These classes are for 12 weeks. Application is open now and it’s based on first come, first serve!
○ Registration period: August 1st – 31st 2018
○ Class: September 3rd 2018
○ Class Days: Mon -Thurs (4 days/week) Children Class
○ Class Hours: Group 1 (Below 8 years) 3.00-4.00
Group 2 (Over 8 years) 4.00-6.00
○ Programme Period: September 3rd – December 2018
○ Registration fees: N10, 000 Per Term
○ Taekwondo Uniform: N4, 000
Please Note: All classes are tutored by qualified instructors and a maximum number of 30 students per class per training session.
※ All prospective students for Taekwondo class should note that:
Only 70% and above attendance will be allowed to participate in grading test. Only 60% pass and above will guarantee issuance of certificate of completion.
Korean Cultural Centre Nigeria runs a Martial Arts class where both Kukkiwon and Olympic style Taekwondo are taught. We offer a range of classes (for Black belts, Color belts & Beginners) that build basic skills and advance skills in taekwondo Martial Art.
○ For whom is this intended?
Ø Novice who have no prior knowledge of Taekwondo
Ø Taekwondo students who have prior knowledge from another Taekwondo Club
Ø All ages (male, female, children) and nationalities
○ Objectives:
Ø To teach focus, discipline, etiquette, self-defense, positive social interaction, self-control, self confidence and leadership skills to the students.
Ø To improve the learner’s taekwondo proficiency and proper techniques execution.
○ Training contents:
Ø The training programs will consist of Kibon Donjak (basic techniques), Poomsae (forms), Kyorugi (sparring) and Honshinsul (art of Self-defense).
Ø Advance training program for senior Belts (Black Belt, Red, and Brown)
Ø Demonstrations, tour, grading test, championships participation, etc.
